Shipping Policy
Our prints are packaged in 12 x 10 cream mounts and sealed in a protective wrapper. They are shipped in a cardboard backed envelope. and dispatched using Royal Mail 48 Tracked postage.
Larger prints come in Cardboard tubes.
Greeting cards are dispatched in Board Backed envelopes
If your order is in stock we aim to post within 2 working days.
We are happy to combine postage where possible
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your print(s), you can return them for a full refund.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Please note all return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
Once the returned item has been received and checked we may then offer a replacement or full refund.
We hold the right to withhold a refund/replacement if the returned item is inspected and deemed to have been used or damaged.
